人生的旅途中，總有些時刻讓人猝不及防。
也許是突如其來的意外，使你失去至親至愛；也許是財務上的崩潰，使你失去多年努力的一切；又或許，是身體的病痛，使你感到無力前行。當苦難襲來時，我們的心不禁發出疑問：「神啊，你在哪裡？」
There are moments in life that hit us unexpectedly.
Perhaps a sudden tragedy takes away a loved one, financial collapse wipes out years of hard work, or illness weakens the body beyond endurance. When trials come crashing down, we can’t help but cry out, "God, where are You?"
當一切破碎，信心仍能站立 When Everything Falls Apart, Faith Stands
在極大的患難與損失面前，人容易陷入絕望。我們會懷疑，會恐懼，會覺得神已遠離。然而，詩篇提醒我們：「義人多有苦難，但耶和華救他脫離這一切。」—詩篇 34:19
神並沒有應許我們不會經歷風暴，但祂應許我們不會獨自面對，祂的同在比一切的苦難更真實。
In the face of great loss and suffering, despair can feel overwhelming. We may doubt, fear, and wonder if God has abandoned us. Yet, Psalms remind us, "The righteous may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers them from them all." (Psalm 34:19) God never promised a life without storms, but He did promise we would never face them alone. His presence is more real than our pain.
神沒有離開，祂正在鍛造你的信心 God Hasn’t Left—He’s Refining Your Faith
當試煉臨到，神並非袖手旁觀，而是在熬煉我們的生命，使我們更加堅定。金子必須經火煉才能純淨，信心也必須經過苦難才能扎根。詩篇 66:10-12 說：「神啊，你試驗了我們，熬煉我們，如熬煉銀子一樣⋯⋯但你使我們到了豐富之地。」
When trials come, God isn’t distant—He’s refining us, making us stronger. Gold must go through fire to be purified; faith must endure hardships to be deeply rooted. As Psalm 66:10-12 says, "For You, God, tested us; You refined us like silver... but You brought us to a place of abundance."
在苦難中，我們如何回應？How Should We Respond in Times of Trouble?
將痛苦交託給神，不讓憂慮壓垮自己——詩篇 55:22：「你要把你的重擔卸給耶和華，祂必扶持你。」Surrender your pain to God—don’t let worry consume you. "Cast your cares on the Lord, and He will sustain you." (Psalm 55:22)
選擇信靠，而不是懷疑 當一切看似崩潰時，堅持相信神仍然掌權。
Choose trust over doubt. Even when everything seems to be falling apart, believe that God is still in control.
持續禱告，不要放棄 即便環境沒有改變，也要持續尋求神的安慰與帶領。
Keep praying, don’t give up. Even if circumstances don’t change, seek God’s comfort and guidance.
緊抓神的應許 祂說：「我的恩典夠你用的，因為我的能力是在人的軟弱上顯得完全。」（哥林多後書 12:9）
Hold on to God’s promises. "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." (2 Corinthians 12:9)
